Returns and Refunds Policy

Products may be returned if they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

If the product received is defective or incorrectly supplied, it must be reported as soon as possible (within 24 hours of product delivery).

There are no returns or refunds on any electrical products or any goods that are damaged or not in their original state.

Goods that are not returned in their original packaging do not qualify for a monetary return.

Goods that were correctly supplied (confirmed by sample picture) and then returned by the customer are subject to a 20% handling fee, plus the cost of shipping the goods back to our facility.

No goods will be accepted after 10 days from the date of delivery. Should special requests be accepted, a 20% handling fee will be charged on the return, plus the return shipping fee.

Refunds can take 5 – 7 working days to process. (Once confirmed, funds can take 24 – 48 hours to reflect in your account once processed due to banking timelines.)

Please ensure that you are 100% certain that the supplied part is usable in your vehicle. If you have any doubt, please contact us, and we will confirm whether that part is suitable or not.
